As we transition to a new WQ View, we’ve gathered all the resources you’ll need to understand, set up, and use the new platform.
You’ll receive an email, targeted to be sent around May 1st, launching the new WQ View. You will have to create new credentials to get logged in for the first time. We will send instructions on how to do this.
There will be a transition period where both versions of WQ View are active and being updated. The legacy WQ View system will be retired on or after 7/1/2025.
No, you will need to set up new credentials in the new WQ View. Instructions will be coming with the launch email to let you know how to do this.
Historical transaction data and account information will all be transitioned into the new WQ View. Items in your document vault will not be transferred to the new platform. We recommend saving any important documents you may need before the legacy system is shut down (on or after 7/1/25).
While the navigation may change slightly, the features available will be what you have become accustomed to in WQ View.
WQ View will now have an app so you can take WQ View on the go. There are also additional tools on the site so you can communicate directly with your advisor and keep track of actions that need to be completed coming out of meetings.

Yes. Multi-factor authentication adds security, which is always top of mind when it comes to your personal financial information. The default is that this will go to your email address. You have the option to update your personal preferences by adding your mobile phone number to WQ View. If you are using SMS authentication and your phone number changes, you’ll need to authenticate using email authentication until you update your mobile phone number in WQ View.
