Our Approach to Client Connection
We meet with clients on a consistent rhythm designed to keep their financial plan updated and aligned with their personal lives. Most households have one or two formal planning meetings each year during which we review progress, update assumptions, and make decisions together.
In the time between these reviews, clients hear from us proactively as needed, for various reasons such as:

- Investment updates and decisions
- Personal life changes that may impact your plan
Our goal is simple: clients should not have to wonder when they will hear from us or whether something has been overlooked.
Meeting Frequency and Flexibility
While the standard cadence works well for many clients, we adjust our meeting frequency when life calls for it. Major life transitions are often seasons where meeting more frequently makes sense. Important events include:

- Job changes
- Business events
- Welcoming new children
- Navigating aging parent care
- Updating estate plans
