Emily graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. After spending a season living and working in Arizona and Florida, Emily returned to Cincinnati in 2023. She brings over 20 years of experience in administrative and customer service roles where she has developed a passion for creating a warm, welcoming experience for every person with whom she comes in contact.

Emily currently resides in Pleasant Ridge with her beloved cat, Louis. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals, and volunteering with her church community.
